Humanity in Action USA
Humanity in Action has its international headquarters in New York City, with additional program staff located in San Francisco and Washington, DC.
In addition to coordinating many of HIA's international activities, our staff in the United States oversees five HIA programs:
- New York Summer Fellowship Program
- Lantos/HIA Congresional Fellowship Program
- San Francisco Fellowship at Grassroots Organizations
- "Understanding America" Program in New York City
- "Understanding America" Program in Washington, DC
HIA also supports the work of Senior Fellow networks in Boston, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC, which organize regular seminars, conferences, and service initiatives focused on human and minority rights issues in the United States.
