As part of her Landecker Project, Laura Westring developed Scotland’s first residential (and online) Speech Writing School which inspires young people from diverse backgrounds to cultivate their leadership potential.
The first Caledonia School of Speech Writing culminated in a fireside discussion on the power of words in enhancing democracy with Robert Myles, Gerald Richards, Junaid Ashraf and Laura Westring, before eight young speechwriters took to the stage.
