Senior Fellow Fabrice Guerrier’s startup, Syllble Studios, is one of eight finalists in the Street Entrepreneurs Street Pitch competition. Street Entrepreneurs is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that believes in the power of people. Their motto, “if you are crazy enough to see a world that does not exist and driven enough to bring it to life, then our accelerator is right for you,” represents their commitment to equity and innovation. Syllble Studios is one of eight startups that were peer- selected by a cohort of over 1,000 DC area entrepreneurs. All eight finalists this year are womxn and/or BIPOC, a significant statistic in the entrepreneurial and start up world.

Syllble is a community of writers, storytellers, and dreamers that is dedicated to ‘the evolution of the human species.’ The studio was founded on the idea that “the boundaries of human consciousness and our societies can be pushed through collaborative writing.” It is a “collective of speculative fiction authors who work together to create incredible new worlds for readers, while helping to get works published around the world.” The community is based on three guidelines: Accountability, Communication, Creativity.
