Jarmiła was recognized for Conflict Kitchen, which is a collective formed from an Action Project of Humanity in Action Fellowship. It is primarily a social enterprise, a place of dialogue and a meeting point for different cultures. The socially-involved restaurant is co-created and ran by refugees, giving them legal employment and a sense of stability.
Especially now, in times of pandemic and global crisis, are such initiatives an important place of refuge and need our support!
