2016 John Lewis Fellow and Executive Director of The Pride Network, Jacob Rudolph was named Forbes 2020’s 30 under 30 due to his contributions to LGBTQ+ leadership. Congratulations, Jacob!

As director of the Pride Network, a nonprofit which offers LGBTQ+ leaders opportunities for personal and professional development, Jacob oversees programming, operations, communication and development. He also supported local civil rights groups in passing a law that bans conversion therapy on LGBTQ+ youth in New Jersey.

In 2013, Jacob was given the award for “Class Actor” at his local high school. In a speech delivered to over 300 students, he announced that we was acting everyday: acting straight, in a world marked by verbal harassment and physical violence against LGBT students. The video of the speech went viral and the story made international headlines.
