On October 15, 2023, Anna Duensing is participating at the Fighting Fascism Symposium.
The event is marking the 90th anniversary of the Nazi seizure of power in Germany by examining how Jews in Europe and the United States responded to fascism from the 1920s up to the present day.
The event is organized by The Center for Jewish History in New York City in partnership with the American Jewish Historical Society.

Anna is one of thirty 2021-2022 Landecker Democracy Fellows. This fellowship, a collaboration between the Alfred Landecker Foundation and Humanity in Action, was created to strengthen a new generation of leaders whose approaches to political and social challenges can become catalysts for democratic placemaking and community building.
