Adrian Wilairat has held a variety of positions in the federal government, from homeland
security policy specialist to speech writer. Previously, he worked for the University of Maryland
Center for Health and Homeland Security, where he was an associate director. Adrian also has
served as an adjunct law professor at the University of Maryland School of Law, where he taught
a class on cybersecurity law and policy.
Adrian holds a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D. from the University of Maryland
School of Law. He is a member of the Maryland Bar.
