Benedikte (she/her) is currently finishing her B.A. in Political Science at University of Copenhagen and is particularly interested in topics on gender and cultural studies, critical political theory, and critical race and whiteness theory. She has spent a semester abroad studying at McGill University where she has focused on gender, sexuality, and migration. Apart from her studies, Benedikte is currently the Treasurer and Board Member at the harm reduction NGO The Red Van, that promotes safety and rights for street-based sex workers in Copenhagen. Moreover, she has contributed to several political art projects regarding social injustice in her local communities, and are currently working on a documentary film following migrant women in Denmark.
