Henry Alt-Haaker is a Humanity in Action Senior Fellow from the 2005 Berlin Fellowship. Until August 2024, he headed the department “Strategic Partnerships and Robert Bosch Academy” of the Robert Bosch Stiftung as Senior Vice President. His responsibilities included the Foundation’s programs addressing political decision makers, its think tank partnerships and the Robert Bosch Academy.
In January 2025 he will start his new position as Managing Director of the Hamburg Sustainability Conference. This newly founded organization – initiated by the German government, the United Nations Development Program, the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and the Michael Otto Stiftung – is hosting various high level conferences every year to advance the Sustainability Development Goals through international and intersectoral collaboration.
