Isa Zuhric (he/him) is a young entrepreneur and founder of the idea “Consulting for Projects” (CFP), and a student of International Relations and Diplomacy at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Sarajevo. At only 21 years old, Isa has already built an impressive career in the non-governmental and international sector, with rich experience working on numerous projects, educations and conferences, where he began his engagement in 2018. His proactive approach to the community is reflected in his continuous volunteer work, and he is currently volunteering for the Mountain Rescue Service – Sarajevo Station.
Isa gained his international experience thanks to a scholarship that allowed him to study for two years in the UK. During his studies, he distinguished himself as an outstanding student, winning numerous awards in chemistry, biology and mathematics, and is the holder of the prestigious title of Perfect. In addition to his academic achievements, Isa was a cadet-corporal in the Combined Cadet Forces of the Royal Army.
Upon his return to Bosnia and Herzegovina, he quickly became involved in social and educational initiatives, becoming a co-founder of the Vladimir Prelog Scientific Society and the Global Shapers community – a global initiative of the World Economic Forum for youth. Isa is also the author and coordinator of the “Practices for Sustainable Living” project, implemented with the support of the Humanity in Action Foundation and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) from the USA. His work on these projects enabled him to gain valuable experience in project coordination. He later became an analyst for the UNDP mission in BiH and gained experience in international development, through the UNDP office in the Government of the Federation of BiH.
He continues to be an active and contributing member of his community, focusing on entrepreneurship, climate change and peacebuilding.
