Originally from Mazury aka the Lake Country in Poland, Joanna Zalewska is a graduate in Russian Philology and Sociology. She has been involved in the non-governmental sector for many years, with a particular focus on international cooperation projects. Joanna is the author and coordinator of international initiatives in the fields of volunteering and civic education. She has participated in and organized educational initiatives for youth within the framework of the European Solidarity Corps program. Secretly, she dreams of organizing the Eurovision Song Contest.
