Originally from Mazury aka the Lake Country in Poland, Joanna Zalewska graduated from Russian Philology, and Sociology. For several years now, she has been professionally involved with the non-governmental sector and projects relating to international cooperation. She leads several social projects. One of her most notable work experiences was working with minorities in the north of Sweden as part of the European Solidarity Corps.
She thrives under pressure and secretly dreams of organising the Eurovision Song Contest one day. She now pursues her passion for the Norwegian language.
