Kate Dildy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Philosophy major and minors in Statistics, Data Science, and Religious Studies. She is a researcher, a social innovator, an avid traveler, and a dancer. Currently, Kate is building better public understanding of the economic lives of Spanish-speaking domestic workers at NDWA Labs, the technology arm of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, to fuel policy and culture change. She recently co-authored and published a book chapter providing ethical and legal analysis of end-of-life decision making for people living with dementia and their caregivers in Living with Dementia: Neuroethical Issues and International Perspectives. As a Wolf Humanities Fellow, she bridged feminist care ethics and theories of global justice. Research and deep personal intergenerational ties have fueled her goal of building long-term and community-based care policies that demonstrate respect for workers, elders, and disabled people.
