Luis R. Ruiz is an interaction designer, artist and speaker. He’s the creator and editor of the critically-acclaimed bilingual queer zine “Deliria” and the founder of the trans and gender non-conforming drag summit of the same name, which debuted in Mexico City’s Casa del Lago Cultural Center. Luis also holds a BFA degree in Interaction and Digital Media from CENTRO, and is currently attending NYU GSAS as a Fulbrighter to earn his MA in Interdisciplinary Studies to further develop his research on fascism and queer escapades in the age of social media. His illustrative, photography and activist work has been featured on the Huffington Post, Broken Pencil Mag, Instagram, Paper Magazine, Adobe, I:D by Vice, amongst others.
