Moa is passionate about human rights and artistic expressions. She holds an LLM specialized in human rights and minorities rights. She studied law, history, and political science in Stockholm, Uppsala, Sydney, and Berlin. Early on she engaged in society and for many years was politically engaged in the environmental youth movement in Sweden. In Bangladesh she supported and established a school for disadvantaged children, and in India she interned at a Gandhian NGO.
She has fought for minorities and indigenous rights for many years. Moa also believes artistic expressions can reach
beyond borders and cultures and create a common ground. Together with other engaged musicians, she performs in Swedish minority languages.
