Nenad Fiser

Nenad Fiser taught philosophy at the University of Sarajevo, until the war broke out in 1992 and he resettled in The Netherlands. He worked 20 years at the International Criminal Tribunal for Former Yugoslavia in The Hague as a Research Officer and Intelligence Analyst. His specialty is in domain of acquisition of information from the Internet-based sources. His major research subject is phenomenon of propaganda, mechanisms of its work, and legal obstacles in dealing with indictable forms of propagandistic action.
