Niels Bak is an alumnus from Kaospilot, Denmark, where he received a diploma in leadership within process, project, and business design. His projects included conscious consumerism, big data, blockchain in business, political campaigning, and student well-being post-pandemic. His final project led to a thinktank for minorities. Niels’ professional background includes NGO management, anti-terror, conflict resolution, psycho-social support, and working with vulnerable youth. He currently lives in Sweden with his partner Anne, working as an operational lead in a co-working space, a partner in an investment company, and a Deputy on the board of Humanity in Action.
