Sarah Huusfelt

Sarah Huusfelt holds a BA in law from Copenhagen University and works for the Danish Business Authority in which she through the informal SOLVIT network of the European Commission, helps European citizens to resolve obstacles regarding their EU rights. She is currently enrolled at the master’s degree, where she is a part of the ICourts Exellence Programme focusing on international law and courts in a global world.

As an undergraduate, she went abroad for one semester at Queens University in Belfast where she studied international law, gender & the law as well as transitional justice from below. Sarah therefore holds a keen interest for human rights issues, especially within intersectional feminism, as well as international conflicts and their historical implications. She is eager to continue learning through praxis and the US mapping program to enact meaningful change and to become an even more effective advocate for women’s- and human rights.
