Sebastian is driven by the purpose of creating opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds. He holds a master’s degree in Corporate Communication and has gained working experience in the corporate and start-up/scale-up sectors of Financial Services and HR-Tech. Presently, Sebastian serves as the Head of People & Culture and is a member of the Leadership Team at Maqqie. He lives in Amsterdam and enjoys food and music. In January 2024, Sebastian started his role as General Board Member at Humanity in Action The Netherlands with a focus on People & Culture.
