Suzanne Vink grew up in the Netherlands, but has studied, traveled and worked in several countries. She has a BBA in Global Project and Change Management and a MA in Development Studies. These experiences allowed her to explore a range of issues regarding human rights, power and inequality as well as her role and that of her country in them. She wishes to focus on addressing these issues on a national and even local level (with links to the international). For example, her hometown does not have many programs regarding sexism, racism, colonial history, climate change, refugees and so on. For now. However, Suzanne is actively seeking out learning experiences that will help her bring people together to organize around these issues, importantly in ways that work for those affected by these issues. She is interested in community organizing, education, politics and development.
