Humanity in Action and The Museum of Jewish Heritage are pleased to introduce a new short film titled “Courage to Care.”
The new film reveals the impact and artistry of the Museum’s exhibition on the Rescue of Jews in Denmark during the Holocaust. Featuring interviews, exhibition footage, photographic portraits and striking locations, the film beautifully conveys the moral clarity of Denmark’s Holocaust history in our fraught contemporary moment.
“Denmark gave the Germans almost all of what they wanted—but not the Jews!,” shared Dr. Judy Goldstein in her opening remarks at the film’s New York premiere in April, 2025.
