Hotel Kong Frederik honors Herbert Pundik, co-founder of Humanity in Action
On Monday, October 19, ‘Hotel Kong Frederik’ (Hotel King Frederik) announced that they are honoring the co-founder of Humanity in Action, Herbert Pundik, by naming and dedicating one of their rooms to him and his wife Sussi. Room number “509” is now named “The Pundik Executive”.

Humanity in Action Denmark's October '43 Travel Grant is now open for applications
This travel grant is dedicated to young students and professionals who work with issues regarding refugees and/or the protection of minorities in either the academic, social, political or practical field. The travel grant applies to projects on Danish conditions or Danish engagements abroad.

Explore the 2020 Copenhagen Fellowship's Open Events
This year the Copenhagen Fellowship 2020 focused on Denmark's relation to Greenland and the Faeroe Islands. Using a Human Rights lens we dove deep into the pressing realities of this often overlooked region and Denmark's role in shaping it. During the Fellowship, we hosted four open events where the Copenhagen public was invited to discuss related topics with our Fellows. All events tried to untangle the complex issues related to the Unity of the Realm, as well as understand what civic engagement and action means in 2020.
