This week we celebrate an incredible milestone for Sacha Verheij, Senior Democracy Fellow: the release of her debut spoken word EP Wearing My Roots, marking the completion of her Action Project! The EP explores themes of identity, belonging, and the lasting impact of colonialism, rooted in Sacha’s Dutch, Surinamese, and Indonesian heritage.
