Senior Landecker Fellow Jeannette Gusko is about to publish her first book!

Titled “Aufbrechen. Warum wir jetzt Menschen brauchen, die große Umbrüche bewältigt haben” (in English “Break open. Why we now need people who have overcome great upheavals”), Jeannette’s book will focus on transformation competence as great unearthed resource for our future. With the book, Jeannette is following the theme of her Landecker Action Project.

Transforming has been driving me for 15 years. Since last summer, I have been researching and writing about special skills of people who had to experience upheavals early in their lives,” explained Jeannette in this Instagram post announcing the upcoming launch.

The book will question what transformation competence exactly is, what it means for leadership and what structural problems need to be solved.
