Today, up to five generations work side by side in companies across Germany. Their diversity of experiences holds enormous potential, yet misunderstandings, tensions, and communication gaps often stand in the way. The Zeitgeist Fellowship supports leaders to transform these challenges into opportunities for learning, innovation, and meaningful collaboration.
Over four months, 20 Fellows from different companies and sectors will engage in online modules, structured intergenerational tandems, and a two-day gathering with workshops and networking in Berlin.
Together, they build essential skills in leadership, communication, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
The program starts in March and ends in June. It will be run in English.
🟧 Who can apply?
We invite professionals from organizations of all sizes and sectors in Germany. We particularly encourage applications from individuals under 35 and over 50, while welcoming anyone motivated to engage in constructive intergenerational dialogue.

- Monthly online sessions of 2,5 hours each
