Senior Fellow Ufuk Kâhya became a Deputy Mayor in Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands. He is the first person of color and with a migrant background to hold this position. He will serve as Alderman/Deputy mayor on education, youth, social policies, well-being/health, infrastructure and mobility as well as European and international affairs.
