Lotte van Dijk is a Project Assistant at Humanity in Action Germany. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Geographies of Global Inequalities at Freie Universität Berlin, where she focuses on themes such as migration, inclusion and neo-colonialism. Lotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Responsibility and Leadership from the University of Groningen, located in The Netherlands. During her bachelors she completed several research internships, including an analysis of public perceptions of women in the Canadian military on social media.
Her academic and extracurricular engagement reflect a strong commitment to sustainability, social equity and community empowerment. Lotte’s work is grounded in a deep belief in inclusive, intersectional approaches to modern day problems.
