Nedim is studying Journalism, Media and Globalization at the Universities of Aarhus and Amsterdam, where he is writing his thesis on the politicization of memory by journalists. He has worked in media, policy, and tech for nearly a decade. Most recently, he worked with Internews helping independent media in Bosnia be editorially stronger and more innovative, as well as developing frameworks for greater media literacy.
He is the co-founder of several initiatives, including a short-form documentary startup as well as an NGO that sought to provide more equitable opportunities in the media sector in the Middle East and North Africa and the Balkans.
