Nora has a background in Psychology, Sociology, and Data Science, which they combine to design solutions that can have an impact on a host of different social justice issues. Since 2019, Nora has been actively engaging with topics intersecting between social justice and technology.
They took part in the Humanity in Action Fellowship where their Action Project focused on Queering Sex Education. Together with another Senior Fellow, Pauline Sprang, they conceptualised and organized a three-day conference in 2020, shedding light on various topics of sex education and how to make it more inclusive.
Since then, Nora has been designing and delivering workshops around the topics of gender diversity, sexuality, and sex. Simultaneously, they deepened their technological studies and learned how to program in Python and SQL.
