Ruth Aim is a writer, activist and law student at the University of Cologne. After witnessing and aiding refugees during the so called “Caravan” in Puebla, Mexico, she dedicated herself to raise awareness on issues concerning mental health and intersectional power dynamics. She is especially criticising the systemic problems within the German judicial system, and is looking forward to tackling these issues within her future occupation. Aim is also the founder of a Writers Collective, offering BIPoC brave spaces to share their art and collective wisdom with each other. Their work has been performed all around Germany and published on multiple platforms. Ruth Aim’s personal interests include Photography, Travel, Reading and Dance.
