Sørine Vesth Rasmussen has been involved in human rights from a young age. At the age of 14 she organized her first anti-war demonstration and has continuously been engaged in local, national and international politics. Sørine holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology with Human Rights from Kingston University and a MSc in Politics and Conflict Studies from London School of Economics. She is currently employed as a political consultant for the Danish children’s rights NGO Børns Vilkår. Sørine is a Humanity in Action Senior Fellow from the 2011 Copenhagen Fellowship, a 2012 U.S. Congressional Fellow and a 2014 Diversity and Diplomacy Fellow.
