Wendi Zhou is a master’s student in Philosophy at the University of Oxford, where she researches the philosophical foundations of transitional justice and human rights. She previously completed her undergraduate degree in Philosophy and History (with a concentration in War & Society) at the University of Washington, during which she volunteered and conducted research in Peru and Vietnam. Wendi is passionate about developing inclusive, community-based, and participatory processes to advance transitional justice and post-conflict rebuilding in societies emerging from conflict and mass atrocities.
