Landecker Fellow Marissa Gutierrez-Vicario invites young leaders from the United States to join ARTE’s Youth Voices Lead Virtual Racial Justice + Artivism Training Program.

ARTE, is an organization that uses art, design, and technology to empower young people to develop creative solutions and bring awareness to local and global human rights challenges, fostering leadership opportunities to train and organize other young people in their own communities.

The organization’s latest training program, Youth Voices, consists of a digital community training program for youth organizers (ages 15-18) living in the United States to strengthen their human rights knowledge and artistic tools and discover how to take action for racial justice change. This program will provide emerging youth leaders from across the country the opportunity to engage around the social justice issues directly impacting their own communities.

The application deadline is on Friday, September 30 at 11:59 pm ET

Marissa is one of thirty 2021-2022 Landecker Democracy Fellows.
