LOVE: Still Not the Lesser

Save the Date! Senior Landecker Fellow Asha Iman Veal is the curator of Museum of Contemporary Photography at Columbia College Chicago’s newest exhibition.

LOVE: Still Not the Lesser, opens at the Museum of Contemporary Photography (MoCP) with a reception on Thursday, September 7th, 5:00pm – 7:00pm.

“The exhibition presents love as a universal value of respect and care for all humans,” shares Asha.

Asha Iman is one of thirty 2020-2021 Landecker Democracy Fellows. This fellowship, a collaboration between the Alfred Landecker Foundation and Humanity in Action, was created to strengthen a new generation of leaders whose approaches to political and social challenges can become catalysts for democratic placemaking and community building.
