On September 28, Landecker Fellow Nora Mpho Mathelemuse spoke at the Impact Entrepreneurship Forum 2023 organized by Impact Hub Berlin.
The event brought together social entrepreneurs with representatives from government, corporates and civil society to address the future potential of social business. The program was split into three tracks: sustainable food, circular economy, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) – where Nora was featured.
In the panel, Nora spoke about the importance of Diversity and Inclusion of Datasets when it comes to building inclusive algorithms.
Furthermore, Nora also highlighted all.txt, their Landecker Fellowship project and the idea behind it.

Nora is one of thirty 2022-2023 Landecker Democracy Fellows. This fellowship, a collaboration between the Alfred Landecker Foundation and Humanity in Action, was created to strengthen a new generation of leaders whose approaches to political and social challenges can become catalysts for democratic placemaking and community building.
