Ivana Kulić (she/her) began her career in environmental activism, coordinating campaigns and advocacy efforts on Food safety, Youth activism, and gender justice within environmental movements. Over time, her focus shifted toward gender equality, leading her to work as a gender consultant for Friends of the Earth International and later as a project coordinator at TPO Foundation. Since 2022, she has been engaged in gender mainstreaming of universities in the Western Balkans, conducting research, organizing academic events, and coordinating the Gender Resource Center at the University of Sarajevo. With an MA in Philosophy from Central European University and a BA from the University of Banjaluka, Ivana has also contributed to research on menstrual poverty, gender-based violence, and feminist activism. She is an experienced lecturer, trainer, and advocate, actively participating in international feminist and environmental initiatives.
