Neil D. Karbank graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1976. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 1980. While in law school, he was a member of the Cardozo Law Review. Mr. Karbank was formerly associated with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. His areas of practice include real estate, corporate law, non-profit and charitable organizations and aviation law. Mr. Karbank is a frequent lecturer and speaker on topics ranging from commercial leases to non-profit corporations. Mr. Karbank’s community contributions include Member and Chair Emeritus, Board of Directors of Humanity In Action, Inc.; former member and President of the Board of Directors of Aspen Film; Board of Directors and General Counsel, Jewish Community Center/Chabad of Aspen; and Member, Committee on Collections, Nelson-Atkins Museum, Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Karbank is AV rated in Martindale Hubbell.
