Landecker Fellow Lena Bielska Organizes Work Competence Training

Landecker Fellow Lena Bielska, joined by the Centrum Wsparcia Aktywistycznego team, is preparing the Work Competence Training with activist groups to counteract activist burnout.

They have 5 vacancies and invite all individuals, with priority being given to people outside of Wrocław and people with educational and coaching experience. The goal is for individuals from different provinces to receive knowledge and competence.

Lena is one of thirty Landecker Democracy Fellows. This fellowship, a collaboration between the Alfred Landecker Foundation and Humanity in Action, was created to strengthen a new generation of leaders whose approaches to political and social challenges can become catalysts for democratic placemaking and community building.
