Article

On June 4, 2025, the partners of the Inclusive Youth: Art for Impact project officially launched the implementation phase with an online coordination meeting hosted by Humanity in Action Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Participants from Humanity in Action Poland, EDEQEC (Slovakia), and NESEHNUTÍ (Czechia) joined the call to finalize preparations for the project’s first major activity: the Artivistic Workshop, taking place in Sarajevo from July 28 to 30, 2025.

The meeting focused on:

  • Reviewing the full project timeline and deliverables;
  • Aligning responsibilities for participant recruitment and expert selection;
  • Confirming logistical plans for accommodation, venue, and travel;
  • Finalizing the structure and content of the Sarajevo workshop;
  • Coordinating the promotion of the upcoming open call for participants, launched on June 10, 2025.

The partners also discussed budget allocations, communication tools, and risk management measures to ensure smooth implementation across all four countries involved. The project team is now moving forward with recruitment, logistics, and program development—ready to empower a new generation of young artivists to use creativity as a force for change.
