Dragana Kurti is currently conducting an internship as an Executive Assistant at Humanity in Action BiH, within the framework of the WISE Program—an initiative implemented by Young Professional Network and supported by the German Federal Foreign Office. Her role is centered on supporting the organization’s mission to foster democratic values, social cohesion, and human rights education in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
With a strong academic foundation, Dragana holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Epoka University in Albania.
Dragana brings a wealth of experience to her current role. She has served as a teaching assistant and coordinator of projects, both positions that have honed her organizational and analytical skills while reinforcing her commitment to education and civic participation. Over the years, she has been an active advocate in civil society, with a particular focus on gender equality, electoral literacy, and youth empowerment. Her activism reflects a deep-rooted belief in the transformative power of inclusive political participation and informed advocacy.
Through her internship with Humanity in Action BiH, Dragana continues to expand her engagement in peace and democratic education, working alongside like-minded professionals dedicated to building more just and inclusive societies.
