Maida Zagorac is a feminist, activist, and human rights defender from BiH. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Sarajevo. She is currently attending the MA program “Interreligious Studies and Peacebuilding” implemented by the Faculty of Islamic Studies and the Catholic Theology at the University of Sarajevo and the Orthodox Theology at the University of Eastern Sarajevo. She was a participant of the first generation of the Feminist School “Žarana Papić”. Maida Zagorac has focused her activist and professional engagement on gender equality, human rights or minorities, and peacebuilding.
