Mona Shair

As the founder and managing director of key2advance with clients in the non-profit, private, public, and diplomatic sectors, Mona is passionate about helping people discover and develop their true potential via coaching, training, and consulting. Mona has created a series of workshops around high-performance teams, leadership, resilience and public speaking for both teams and individuals. In addition to managing key2advance, Mona delivers executive coaching for Fortune 500 companies on an international, divisional and local level. In charge of the former Pat Cox-Humanity in Action Fellowship in Brussels, she was a Program Director at Humanity in Action from 2006 to 2014. Mona was born in London, grew up in Jordan and is based in Bonn, Germany. She is fluent in Arabic, English and German.
