Talea von Lupin is a listener, friend, and enabler who is currently working as Management Consultant at Bain & Company. She found her passion in scrutinizing digital tech’s adverse effects on society while harnessing it as a targeted tool for civil action. As such, Talea contributed to the global recommendations of the United Nations Secretary-General’s High-Level Panel on Digital Cooperation, lowers job market inequalities as co-founder of the digital platform Ehrenamtlicher Bewerbungscheck, and supports female empowerment through teaching algorithms to girls and women at Hacker School. Her thinking roots in social and economic theory, shaped at London School of Economics, UC Berkeley, and Zeppelin Universität.
