Mable (she/her) is a Zimbabwean native with a strong academic and professional foundation in international development, European governance, and digital transformation. Currently residing in the Netherlands, Mable is a versatile individual with a wide range of interests and creative pursuits, driven by a long-term vision for sustainability and societal transformation. Her commitment to making a meaningful social impact is reflected in both her personal and professional endeavors.
Mable’s dedication to addressing migration, diversity, and inclusion challenges in the labor market, particularly for international graduates and highly-skilled migrants in the Netherlands, stems from her own lived experiences. Her action project, Dilemmas of Non-EU Graduates/Highly-Skilled Migrants in the Dutch Labor Market, explores the barriers faced by these individuals and proposes solutions to foster inclusivity. She also authored a winning article titled: “The UN Summit for the Future 2024: Charting a Course for Transformative Global Governance,” highlighting her passion for global governance and systemic change.
With a background in UX/qualitative research, data analysis, design, and sustainable business modelling, Mable utilizes these skills to create innovative, data-driven solutions aimed at fostering societal transformation. Her approach is grounded in storytelling, which enables her to effectively engage stakeholders and communicate impactful solutions.
Mable’s mission is clear: to use her diverse skill set and experiences to drive inclusive, sustainable change within societies, with a particular focus on the intersection of migration, the labor market, and social equity.
