‘Bias to Balance: Building Awareness and Inclusion’ equips participants with essential insights and skills to recognize inappropriate behaviour at the workplace. Possible topics include: prejudice, microaggressions, sexism, racism and discrimination.  Through theory and case studies, the workshop fosters self-reflection and critical thinking. Furthermore, participants will gain concrete tools to address and prevent inappropriate behaviour.
