How does modern capitalism use natural disasters and social crises? This is a very timely and overreaching question in Naomi Klein’s book “The Shock Doctrine”, which is the basis for the “Common Knowledge: Naomi Klein” Project, of which we are one of the partners.

The planned activities include:

  • reading out loud excerpts from the book by actors: Karina Seweryn and Piotr Wawer jr
  • webinar with Agnieszka Lichnerowicz (TOK FM Radio), Hanna Pieńczykowska (Humanity in Action Poland) and Agnieszka Jakimiak (director); hosted by Bartosz Rydliński Ph.D. (Ignacy Daszyński Center).
