We are happy to announce that Paulina Milewska, among many other great experts, became one of The German Marshall Fund of the United States Fellows (Rethink.CEE program). Paulina will focus on analyzing legal systems in Poland, Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia to see how and why they create an environment friendly for legal threats against media outlets and journalists.
