In March 2023, Senior Landecker Fellow Anna Bednarczyk appeared as a guest on the “Design to connect” podcast to speak about feminist movements and urban safety.

According to the podcast host, gender injustices and inequalities can be addressed from a design or policy point of view. Indeed, feminist architects and urbanists are currently challenging the “existing logic of designing for one type of person,” Anna believes.

It is a common misconception that feminist critique is focusing only on women,” she adds.
