Senior Fellow Katrina Martell, an alum of the Sarajevo 2017 Fellowship, was appointed to Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland’s team. Katrina will serve as Communications Director, overseeing communications and media outreach projects. Strickland is the first Korean American Congresswoman and first Black Congresswoman representing Washington.
