Landecker Fellow Reshma Persaud recently published ‘Name Changing Resource Guide‘ – a new resource guide for Caribbean Equality Project.

The publicly available source is for all LGBTQIA+ New York State residents and immigrants from the Caribbean (including undocumented people or asylum seekers), or anyone looking to make a legal name change.

The guide was put together by transgender immigrants, members of The Caribbean Equality Project and would not be possible without Jojo Brown and the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund.
