Senior Fellow Adam Jed has taken part in pre-trial litigation. Jed has joined the investigation as a part of the Justice Department’s Appellate Staff Civil Division. He has previously worked within the Justice Department providing evidence and materials to help argue that banning gay marriage is unconstitutional.
Jed played a role in the Manafort case, helping to reach multiple convictions of financial fraud and conspiracy against Paul Manafort, former Trump campaign chairman. Jed was also involved in the convictions of Rick Gates, a network of Russian nationals accused of hacking, as well as Roger Stone.
